Setup in 5 Steps
Create Your Guestar Account
Sign up at app.guestar.ai with your email and select Hostify as your property management system.
Generate a Hostify API Key
In your Hostify account, navigate to Settings > API and create a new API key named "Guestar".
Connect and Test
Enter your Hostify API credentials in the Guestar setup form and click Test Connection. Select your timezone and currency.
Complete Property Knowledgebase
Add property-specific details like WiFi codes, parking instructions, and house rules so the AI can respond accurately to guest questions.
Enable AI Messaging
Toggle on AI Messaging, Early Check-in, Late Check-out, and Booking Booster for each property.
